Our wholegrain chickpea flour is obtained through the milling of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.). Black beans or pinto beans flour is obtained through the milling of black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). Pea flour is obtained through the dehulling and milling of pea grains (Pisum sativum L.). Caupi beans flour is obtained through the dehulling and milling of caupi beans (Vigna unguiculata L).
