SL Alimentos has just taken a significant step in its growth strategy. Aiming to modernize its IT infrastructure and boost its expansion into the Latin American market, we have chosen to migrate our ERP system (SAP B1) to the SAP S/4 Hana solution, a strategic decision supported by Ramo Sistemas that promises to optimize operations, increase productivity, and prepare the company for future challenges.

The "Evolve to Transform" project was the solid foundation adopted by SL to arrive at this moment ready for the new journey. The first cycle of business evolution involved a complete review of internal processes, focusing on people, processes, and technology. This integrated approach allowed the company to map its end-to-end operations, revitalizing its organizational structure to ensure it was prepared for the implementation of a world-class solution like SAP S/4 Hana. The new ERP will bring significant benefits such as process automation, better data management, and scalability, which are essential to support the company's ambitious growth trajectory.

On October 23rd, the official kickoff event took place, gathering SL Alimentos' senior management and the involved teams, marking a moment of preparation for the changes that will transform the company's culture and operations.
